Coaching & Therapy Services
I am here to help. I am committed to creating the opportunity for you to have a non-judgmental, trauma-informed, inclusive & affirming space to empower your life.
I approach work with clients, myself, and the occasional maple-glazed doughnut with warmth, respect, authenticity, and humor.
About ME
As a dedicated coach and licensed professional counselor in the state of Oregon, I bring over four years of experience in private practice, specializing in complex trauma and narcissistic family abuse recovery. My mission is to empower you to reclaim your life and find your true self.
Navigating the aftermath of narcissistic abuse can be daunting, but I’m here to help you establish healthy boundaries, boost your self-esteem, and discover your path forward. I believe that healing is a journey best taken together, and I’m committed to walking alongside you every step of the way.
One of the unique aspects of my approach is the incorporation of humor. I firmly believe that laughter can be a powerful tool in the healing process. After all, why did the therapist bring a ladder to therapy? To help their clients reach new heights! In our sessions, you can expect a warm, supportive environment where we can tackle challenges with both seriousness and lightness.
If you’re ready to embark on a transformative journey toward healing and self-discovery, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can create a fulfilling path where you feel strong, confident, and truly yourself.
