Includes one-on-one video call sessions in which the frequency is decided by the client and coach; limited texting and email. This is charged at the time of each session.
30 min, 60 min, and 90-minute sessions offered.
Subscription
*Coaching Clients Only*
Includes two guaranteed 60-minute video calls a month as well as unlimited texting, voice texting, and emailing. This is charged monthly.

What To Expect…
My focus is to aid others in their goals of creating sustainable lives for themselves. I work with folks who feel lost in their relationship patterns, and self-doubt, experience anxiety, and are healing from narcissistic family abuse and toxic family relationship dynamics. My focus is on fluid coaching aimed at supporting others’ healing journeys.
I offer services to people living all over the world. There are no geophysical boundaries when offering coaching services.
